- • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shorter treatment or rescheduling.
Payments

- • Payments can be made by cash, bank transfer, online through the website and by contactless in shop.
- • A deposit is required on certain treatments to be paid at time of booking to secure your booking.
- • All prices are subject to change without notice, although we honour the price given at time of booking.
Cancellations & Refunds
- • We kindly request at least 24-48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling appointments.
- • Late cancellations may result in loss of your deposit.
- • Failure to attend appointment (No shows) clients are required to pay 100% of treatment before booking future appointments.
Liability
